Currently we send items worldwide through Royal Mail. If you are not completely satisfied with the postage and packaging cost please contact us at email@example.com and we will work with you to find a more suitable arrangement.
For UK Deliveries we off a number of options:
Royal Mail 1st Class Standard - Price is dependant on the number and size of items you order. This is a non-tracked, non signed for service with a delivery aim of 1 working day (excluding day of despatch) but are not guaranteed to arrive within this time frame.
Royal Mail 2nd Class Standard - Price is dependant on the number and size of items you order. This is a non-tracked, non signed for service with a delivery aim of 2 to 3 working days (excluding day of despatch) but are not guaranteed to arrive within this time frame.
Royal Mail Recorded Delivery - You can upgrade your postage to 1st or 2nd Class recorded. This is a signed for service which gives peace of mind to both myself and you the customer as we receive delivery confirmation.
International Delivery - All international deliveries are made by Royal Mail Airmail with a delivery aim of 5 working days (excluding the day of despatch). This is a non-tracked, non-signed for service and deliveries are not guaranteed to arrive in this time frame. Royal Mail have restrictions on parcel dimensions so if your parcel is larger than this once packed, we will have to send your order by courier. If this applies to you we will contact you as soon as possible with your delivery options. Please Note: In these instances additional costs will occur or you are welcome to cancel your order.
What if my order has not arrived in the expected time period?
If your order has been despatched via Royal Mail but hasn't arrived within the expected time period we advise you to check at your local sorting office even if you have not received a card through your door. Our statistics show that 95% of missing parcels turn up this way!
Please Note: For standard delivery Royal Mail do not class a UK order as missing until 15 working days from the date of despatch. For orders outside of the UK, this period rises to 30 working days from the date of despatch. We are unable to proceed with any claim until this period has passed.

If you have still not received your parcel after this period and you have checked at your local sorting office, please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org (stating your order number). We will at this stage ask you to fill out a claim and will proceed with your complaint as soon as possible.
Collect from Store
You can collect your items from 'our store' although our working hours are Monday to Friday 6pm to 10pm and 10 am to 5pm on weekends. As 'our store' is only online you will be collecting these items from a residential address.
